Founded in 2000, Shandong Huiyuan Zinc Products Factory is located in Zouping City, Shandong Province, a top-ten national county-level economy. Strategically situated near Jinan International Airport and the Ji-Qing High-Speed Railway, and in close proximity to the Qingyin and Binlai Expressways, our factory enjoys a prime geographical location with highly convenient transportation and logistics networks.
As the Vice President Unit of the China Zinc Industry Association and one of the drafting units for the national industry standards for cosmetic-grade zinc oxide and battery-grade zinc oxide, Huiyuan Zinc Products Factory is dedicated to the research, development, and production of zinc oxide and zinc powder. Currently, our annual production capacity reaches 20,000 tons of indirect-process zinc oxide (including 3,000 tons of reagent-grade zinc oxide) and 10,000 tons of zinc powder, placing us at the forefront of the industry in terms of production scale.
Core Products & Quality Assurance:Zinc Oxide: Strictly adhering to the GB/T3185-2016 standard, our high-purity products achieve a ZnO content of 99.8% to over 99.9%. Through precise process control, heavy metal lead content is consistently maintained below 3ppm, while iron and cadmium contents are strictly controlled below 1 ppm. Our products are widely applied in cutting-edge fields such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, optical glass, pigments, rubber, coatings, ceramics, and magnetic materials.Zinc Powder: Complying with the GB/T6890-2012 standard, we offer a variety of specifications ranging from 80 mesh to 500 mesh, fully meeting the diverse needs of industries including metallurgy, paints, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings.
